The Lazur Hotel & Spa consists of 140 dedicated hotel rooms, 45 condo/hotel units and 79 residential units as part of a larger residential and commercial community on Naos Harbor Island. The Lazur Hotel & Spa will also provide key services to the Residences, supporting the overall ultra luxury residential lifestyle of the project.
Ocean Heights (Bali, Indonesia): Trevi is providing technical advisory, pre-opening and ongoing management services to this boutique property to be developed as part of 452-acre residential development. Phase I will include 640 villas on 2 acre sites, supported by an ultra-luxury hotel of 70 villas. Amenities will include a spa, cultural center and restaurants. The resort will provide daily services to the residential villas as required.
