


Las Banderas del Banco (Punta de Mita, Mexico): Trevi is providing technical advisory, pre-opening and ongoing management services. Projected opening 1Q 2010. Situated on 120 acres of oceanfront land overlooking one of the world’s most wondrous beaches. Once completed, the project will be considered Mexico’s most luxurious low-density residential community. Las Banderas del Banco will include an exceptional resort hotel featuring 75 ultra-luxurious premium suites, a unique world-class spa, an exclusive private beach club, and 30 private residences, all of which will be part of the hotel operations and will be managed by Trevi Luxury Hotel Management, our operating arm and by the same team that created some of the world’s most successful hotels and resorts.
The Hillsborough (Raleigh, North Carolina): Trevi is providing technical advisory, pre-opening and ongoing management services. This luxury mixed-use development will feature a 108-room hotel which is being positioned as the finest hotel in the city. A total of 25 spacious condominiums will accompany the hotel. Residents will enjoy access to the hotel’s luxury amenities and dining facilities. Including a unique spa and a very innovative dining concept. Opening 2011.
Lazur Hotel & Spa (Naos Harbor Island, Panama): Trevi is providing technical advisory, pre-opening and ongoing management services. Situated on a private island with a direct causeway to Panama City and breath taking views of the Panama Canal. The Lazur Hotel & Spa consists of 140 dedicated hotel rooms, 45 condo/hotel units and 79 residential units as part of a larger residential and commercial community on Naos Harbor Island. The Lazur Hotel & Spa will also provide key services to the Residences, supporting the overall ultra luxury residential lifestyle of the project. Construction to start October 2008 with anticipated opening last quarter of 2010.
Ocean Heights (Bali, Indonesia): Boutique property to be developed as part of 452-acre residential development. Phase I will include 40 villas on 2 acre sites, supported by an ultra-luxury hotel of approximately 80 to 120 rooms. LOI Stage. Contract pending finalization of financing expected end of Summer 2008.
Punta San Esteban (Zihuatanejo, Mexico): 100-room boutique hotel and spa to be built as part of larger residential development already underway. Property is situated on cliffs offering panoramic views of Itapúa Bay; features a separate beach parcel. LOI Stage. Starting schematic design May 2008 with expected completion 2011. Trevi will also be a partner in this project.
The Flatiron Hotel (Atlanta Georgia): An exciting addition to Trevi's high-profile opportunities. This is an adaptive reuse project of a historic “Flatiron Building” on Woodruff Park to be converted to a 40 suite luxury hotel.
